ZICATELA
BEACH HOUSE ACCOMMODATIONS Our
new four story home has three fully furnished one bedroom suites,
located on Playa Zicatela in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. We are a
two-minute walk to the beach, and a ten minute walk to shopping and
restaurants.Ocean views. Ocean breezes. Beautiful sunsets. RATES
All
rates are in US dollars and include utilities and maid service one day
a week. A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is
due at the start of the rental.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Reservations
may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the start of the rental for a
full refund of the deposit paid. There will be no refund on
cancellations made within 90 days of the start of the rental.
CHECK-IN
Check-in
time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
OTHER
CONDITIONS
Our
house is non-smoking. Guests are asked to smoke outside or on the
roof-top deck. No pets are allowed at any time.
Neither
the owner nor its representatives will be held responsible for injury,
loss, or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the
rental property. THE PENTHOUSEThe
3rd floor suite has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a
bathroom with a tiled tub/shower. The closet area with drawers and
shelves provides ample space for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped
with a refridgerator, freezer, stove and oven, kitchen utensils and
dishes.
The west-facing patio is open and the south-facing patio is covered. From every room there are views of the beach and ocean and it is always fresh with the ocean breezes. There are fans in the bedroom and living room. The 4th floor palapa, which can serve as a second bedroom or living space, is open to the ocean breeze and has a 360 degree view of the beach and the seaside town of Puerto Escondido. The house has hot and cold pressurized water. High-speed wireless Internet is available.

THE JUNGLEThis second floor suite has a view out into the coconut palms and mango trees, with glimpses of the beach through the greenery, surrounding the suite with a cool tranquil feeling of being in the trees with the birds chattering around you.The suite has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed with a fan above, and the bathroom has a large tiled shower. The kitchen is a fully equipped with refridgerator, freezer, large gas range and oven, and cooking utensils and dishes. This large kitchen is perfect for group cooking and entertaining. The main living area opens to a large covered deck that wraps around the side and front of the house. The house has hot and cold pressurized water. High-speed wireless Internet is available.
